Healthy Sustainable Lifestyle
UFL Magazine 2015
2015 was a time of change for me. I finally decided to write about urban farming and a healthy, sustainable lifestyle. I haven’t made it out to the country and the farm that I always imagined having, but I have gotten a little closer.
Enjoy,
David Proctor

Urban Farm Lifestyle Magazine 2015

Urban Farm Lifestyle Magazine Published Weekly
In publishing this magazine, Urban Farm Lifestyle, I have learned something with each issue. From CoCo Peat, Mason Bees, Food Labels to Yoga; all have been a learning experience.
I have tried to set this magazine apart from other organic, sustainable, or lifestyle orientated magazines. The focus has been on topics that may be new to some, but come from a time when family, healthy food and exercise was a routine part of life and not an anomaly.
I have listed links to the issues that have been published this year, so if you missed one or would like to go back and read one again you can find the link below.

I would like to say a word of thanks and of gratitude to a few of the people that helped me get this magazine off the ground.
Thank you Cathy; my sister, for helping me put this together, by using your editing skills and true life wisdom. You’re a great sister.
To my daughters Caitlin, Kelsey and Carolyn that proof read every article whether they felt like it or not and even wrote some of the articles themselves.
To Peter Lisoskie who helped me from the very beginning to put thoughts into action.
To Linda and Carry Bailey, who helped and encouraged me with their experience with nature, chickens and life.
To Laurie Calloway, who as you know is truly gifted with gardening, cooking and the pen she writes with.
Thank you one and all. Not everyone is mentioned here but do not think that you are not appreciated.
Thank you, my readers, I hope that each magazine will be informative and useful.
Quick Tip
Eat like there is a tomorrow and you would like to see it, live like you remember the lessons you have learned in your past, and hold tight to the ones you love and forgive the ones you don’t.
