The focus of this magazine and the intent behind the articles is to make a gradual change to a healthy, regenerative lifestyle. Sometimes those steps are made by the type of food we eat, the time spent with family and friends, and the moments we take for rest and relaxation.
I would like to revisit the article published last August on Yoga. I think what Kelsey has to share is worth reading and watching again.
Hi, guys! Kelsey here. Thanks for watching the video above and reading my interview. Since this article was posted I have graduated from Heal Me Institute in Bowling Green, VA with my RYT 200 Yoga teacher certification! It’s been an exciting year and I’m happy to share with you that yoga continues to contribute to the happiness in my everyday life.
I urge you to give yoga a try this week, even if it’s just 5 minutes of deep breathing. I’ve always found that the hardest pose, or the class I’m the most afraid to teach, is a reflection of what I need to work on in myself. Getting started is always the hardest part, but the journey has been worth it. Namaste.
